The first training session of the Get Funding Ready Bootcamp for Cambodian #digital #startups and #SMEs.

Many of our participants have businesses with proven ideas that have launched in the marketplace and have customers on board, but there are still key areas that need to be explored and fine-tuned in order to create a perfect pitch for potential investors, partners, keystakers to help the businesses grow and expand.

First, understand and clarify the proposition statement, which clearly defines the purpose of the business's existence, the problem it is solving, the target market, and the solution(s) offered.

One of the most important key takeaway from this session, concentrate on the 1 thing that is core to the business, whether it’s one type of customer, one type of products/services, one type of investors/partners desire. Get really good at it before exploring and using resources to work on other “things”.
