𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆

As part of our 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 initiative, We have conducted a session on 5th September, with the journey of training, mentoring, and skill development with our participants.

This marks our very first collaboration with local communities in the provinces, working alongside the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 & 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍).

Our participants also shared valuable insights about their experiences during the two-day training sessions with our trainers.

One female rice milling business owner expressed:

“I gained so much understanding from this training with my trainer, especially on the topic of agriculture and how I can spend and earn money effectively to support my family through my business.”

Adding to that, a male participant, who also operates a rice milling business, shared his reflections:

“After the two training sessions, I’m happy to share that I have learned so much about my business. The lessons I’ve gained, I will continue to share with others about their businesses as well. I also learned tips on how to take great and attractive pictures for online businesses.”

We are deeply inspired by the resilience and determination of these entrepreneurs. With limited resources, they continue to show unwavering commitment to learning, growth, and building a sustainable future for their family businesses.
