On 18th August 2025, Khmer Enterprise, in partnership with Grow4Growth, proudly hosted the Closing Ceremony of the NextGen Enterprise Program and the Graduation Ceremony of Cohort 3 of the Entrepreneurial and Business Training Program, celebrating the remarkable achievements of participants who have completed this intensive journey of entrepreneurial capacity building.

During the ceremony, Mrs. Kim Tol Tan, CEO of Grow4Growth, delivered an overview of the program’s key achievements and measurable results across three cohorts. These outcomes demonstrate the tangible impact of the training in strengthening entrepreneurial capacity and enhancing participants’ readiness to launch and scale innovative business ventures.

A major highlight of the event was the Masterclass discussion on “Funding and Investment Opportunities for SMEs in the Cambodian Market.” The session was moderated by Mr. Joshua Jones, Co-Founder and CEO of Three Coffee, and featured a distinguished panel of guest speakers:

  • Mr. La Woon Yan, Investment Manager, CNAI Accelerator

  • Mrs. Sok Channda, President and CEO, MekongNet

  • Mr. Rik Overmars, Sector Leader, Agri-Food SNV Cambodia

  • Mr. Ork VannDa, Head of SME, FTB

The discussion provided participants with valuable insights into Cambodia’s investment landscape, practical approaches for SME financing, and strategies for sustainable growth.

As part of the graduation ceremony, the outstanding graduates also presented their business plans, showcasing practical solutions, entrepreneurial creativity, and sustainable strategies. Their presentations reflected the knowledge, mentorship, and hands-on experience gained throughout the program.

To conclude the ceremony, Mr. Chhieng Vannmunin, CEO of Khmer Enterprise, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the organization’s mission to support and nurture the next generation of Cambodian entrepreneurs. He underscored the importance of building entrepreneurial capacity as a driving force for national economic growth and innovation.

Khmer Enterprise and Grow4Growth extend their warmest congratulations to all graduates of the NextGen Enterprise Training Program. Their dedication and perseverance exemplify the spirit of the next generation of Cambodian entrepreneurs — resilient, forward-thinking, and ready to create positive change in the economy and society.
